According to The Minimum Wage Prescript for Enterprise Employees in Shanghai and the notice which issued in March 24, 2008 indicating that from April 1 2008, Shanghai change the minimum wage standard 840 Yuan to 960 Yuan, our company decided to modulate employees' wages with the principles of justice. Adjustment scheme was passed after the negotiation in April 23 with the Workers' union committee who recognized the scheme as practical and better than last year's.

Each relevant employer: the committee of the government, Office, the Bureau, (Holdings) Group, Enterprise (Group) Corporation, district, county Labor and Social Security Bureau:
The city government agreed that, from April 1, 2008, the city minimum wage is adjusted from 840 Yuan to 960 Yuan. The following item is not on the minimum wage should be paid by employers as a separate unit:
1. The social insurance premiums and housing provident fund that must be paid by individual by law.
2. wages for overtime working.
3. Allowance for day shifts, night shifts, high temperature, low temperature, underground, poisonous and special working environment.
4. Food subsidies (meal subsidies), transport subsidies, housing subsidies.
