Every year Shanghai Showa (SSK) holds the Quality Control Conference (QCC) .The aim is improving quality、reduce loss、enhance the moral of employees and increase economic benefits.
2009/9/18, we held The 6th QC Conference in dining hall. There are twenty-two QC groups composed by each department . Through the first inner competition, seven teams exceeded and get into the final round. On the Competition, the audiences put out questions to speakers actively, and the judge groups that composed by Chinese-Japanese management team also gave out some proposes and suggestions several times. Through 7 teams' wonderful statements and debates, the “Bullish” team of No.2 manufacture Dept. picked up the Champion title! That time excited atmospheres surrounded the whole lobby!
Finally the conference closed in warm and harmonious atmosphere with a complete success! |
