Gas spring is an elastic, attenuated-function product with gas and liquid as working medium. It is composed by pressure pipe, piston, piston rod and several connecting parts, high pressure nitrogen fills in the inside. The magnitude of the elasticity of the gas spring can be determined through setting different nitrogen pressure or piston rods with different diameters. Different from that of the mechanic spring, gas spring has nonlinear contrary force curve. Attenuation function is set according to the attenuation force produced when nitrogen passes through the superfine groove designed in pressure pipe. So the gas spring can be controlled according to its length and shape.
